{"id":94,"date":"2007-05-21T13:44:52","date_gmt":"2007-05-21T12:44:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tcalo.com\/index.php\/arepa-y-perico-almuerzo-criollo.htm"},"modified":"2018-11-01T11:48:07","modified_gmt":"2018-11-01T10:48:07","slug":"arepa-y-perico-almuerzo-criollo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tcalo.com\/index.php\/arepa-y-perico-almuerzo-criollo.htm","title":{"rendered":"Arepa y perico &#8211; Almuerzo criollo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tcalo.com\/images\/arepa.jpg\" title=\"Arepa y perico Venezolano\" alt=\"Arepa y perico Venezolano\" align=\"left\" \/>Ecco mi almuerzo criollo de este sabado, para muchos no ser\u00e1 la gran cosa pero ten\u00ed\u00ada mas o menos tres meses sin comer arepa! as\u00ed\u00ad que el sabado me consent\u00ed\u00ad un poquito y me hice una arepita con un perico a la Feliciana.<br \/>\nEcco la receta:<br \/>\nPara el per\u00ed\u00adco a la feliciana (para una persona, calculen ud. para m\u00e1s):<br \/>\n1.- Una cebolla peque\u00f1a picada en trocitos.<br \/>\n2.- Un aj\u00ed\u00ad dulce verde (NO rojo, se puede usar un pimenton verde pero no los dos juntos o aj\u00ed\u00ad o pimenton) picado en rodajas (o como os guste).<br \/>\n3.- Un tomate mediano preferiblemente madurito picado en trozos.<br \/>\n4.- Dos huevos<br \/>\n5.- Aceite, sal y lo que les guste para dar saz\u00f3n.<br \/>\nEn un sarten sofreir la cebolla, el aj\u00ed y el tomame.  Cuando vean que el tomame se est\u00e1 deshaciendo (est\u00e1 super blandito) echar los huevos (previamente revolver los huevos en un embase y echarle la sal y dem\u00e1s condimentos, si quieren para rendirlo agregen un poco de leche). Remover con un tenerdor hasta que el huevo est\u00e1 cocido. Hay que remover bastante para evitar que se pegue!!!.<br \/>\nY listo!! Perico a la Feliciana listo para disfrutar con una arepita rica y un poco de queso de mano!
